We are complying with the State Covid-19 restrictions
and offering this year’s conference as a webinar.
Further information below:
How does the webinar work?
The conference will be available in real time online via a webinar platform. We will email you log in instructions approximately one week before the conference start.
The webinar will be a live streaming of the actual conference. There will be no recording available afterwards. Per the AANA rules, you must watch the lectures as they are given. You will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions through the webinar platform. We will have a moderator available the entire time to facilitate your questions.
Along with your log in instructions, we will email you a course evaluation. Once you complete and return the course evaluation, we will email you your certificate. As always, we will directly submit your earned credits to the AANA for you.
How will I view the webinar?
We will be using Zoom and instructions and links will be sent to registrants about a week before the conference. If you are not familiar, Zoom is extremely user-friendly and we will be available throughout the entire conference if help is needed.
What if I signed up for the in-person conference and social distancing guidelines still prevent crowds?
We will automatically change your registration to webinar and refund the difference.
Can I sign up for just one day of the webinar?
Yes. There are daily options on the registration page. You can even sign up for a few in person days and a few webinar days!
Is there a test with the webinar?
There is no test with the webinar lectures. It will be live lectures over the internet just as if you were in the same room.
Can I still participate in the games played between lectures?
Yes, we are planning to continue our fun giveaways for the online participants! Online participants are also eligible to win the iPad.
